A Condesa local helping people arrive with care.
Susana Cruz was born and raised in Condesa. Her family is here, her history is here, and her read on the neighborhood comes from a lifetime of walking these streets, not from a market report. As kids, she and her younger siblings played in the parks of this neighborhood; today, she is committed to helping keep the magic of this place alive.
Before Hola Homes, Susana spent her life as a professional ballet dancer, including time with Mexico's national company. Through that world she met artists, entrepreneurs, and international friends who were falling in love with Mexico City, but needed someone they could trust to help them find the right home.
Hola Homes grew from that place: a warm, practical way to welcome people into the city Susana has always loved, while helping them understand its rhythm, its neighborhoods, and the responsibility that comes with choosing a place here.
